Terms of use: Cricket Creator

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and CreatED Futures Ltd for using Cricket Creator: the app, the website at cricketer.pro, the Android app on Google Play and the iPhone app on the App Store. We have written them in plain English. Please read them with our privacy policy (cricketer.pro/privacy), which explains how we look after your information.

1. Who we are

Cricket Creator is run by CreatED Futures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16278163), registered office Homewood House, St. James Road, Netherbury, Bridport DT6 5LP. You can contact us at privacy@cricketer.pro or through cricketer.pro/contact.

2. Your account

3. Your clips and what you share

4. Using Cricket Creator well

5. Plans, credits and payments

6. Bowling analysis, the Batting check and other AI features

These give written observations from still pictures of your clips, made by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude), only when you ask. They are a guide to talk through with your coach, not coaching, medical or injury advice. Bowling load guidance follows the ECB's age-group guidelines; it is guidance, not medical advice.

7. Academies, schools, clubs and leagues

An organisation using Cricket Creator for its players agrees separate terms with us, and schools sign a data agreement before their staff see any pupil. What a coach or organisation sees of a player is limited to what the player (or their parent) shares with them.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving Cricket Creator, so features change. We'll tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters to you, including any change to the price of your plan. We aim to keep the app running at all times but can't promise it will never be unavailable.

9. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time (cricketer.pro/delete-account). We delete or anonymise your information within 30 days, as set out in our privacy policy. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

10. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or India, you can also bring a claim in your own courts, and nothing here takes away rights the law of your country gives you. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll try to sort it out.
